From our organization we always aspire to make things in the best way as it is possible. The client’s satisfaction is the parameter of reference that an organization of services must always look for.
Excellence and tidiness in the services and a good relation between the cost and benefit are some of the qualities that a company must have if it wants to be competitive and try to have participation in the market.
We are a regional company with serious aspirations; our expectations are aimed to achieve the excellence in each one of our services from the execution. Nevertheless, we believe that there are always things to improve during the search of quality. Due to this, Aymará Adventures & Expeditions decided to start a deep process of change to reach the quality in all the procedures that it carries out. Our lay-outs are based on the ISO 9001:2000 Standards, which determine the requirements that an organization must fulfill when it generates a Quality Management System.
This exciting trail, which we started to walk on in November 2005, allowed us to make a complete revision of all our products and services and the way they were managed.
This allows us to have control from the creation of a program or service to the moment it is being carried out. Besides, the recording of the data allows us to have immediate access to the information with statistical, commercial, financial aims or of design.
All the set of activities and processes developed within the company are also included by the Quality Management System. All the work done was supported by the recognized company PLANIFICAR GESTION EMPRESARIA. On January 4th, 5th and 6th, 2007, the SGS Argentinean company (accreditation body) made an audit of all the processes that are implied in the provision of the service.
It is important to emphasize that our organization got the certification of ISO 9001:2000 Standards without one pre - audit and that the audit of accreditation was finalized without nonconforming conditions, which is a satisfaction for us.
